Both Adrian and Jason went out of their way to serve me and put me in the car I wanted. Adrian was cheerful, helpful, and drove me all the way to Madison so I could test drive the truck I wanted. After numerous phone calls with Adrian confirming the condition and history of the vehicle and the dealership's promise to refund airfare and rental car fees I figured it was worth a shot. After all, it had the exact colors, mileage, and packages I was looking for in a car. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was in pristine condition, the test drive went as planned, and so we rolled into the purchasing process.
