After dealing with several other dealerships, a family friend recommended Adam at Woody Anderson Ford. Within the same day of contacting Adam, we met with him & test drove the Edge and the Escape. Adam kept in contact with us throughout the whole week working around our schedule. The day we made our decision, Adam and Aaron (in Finance) had the vehicle cleaned up with a full tank of gas & paperwork completed before we arrived! Adam took the time to orient us to the vehicle & tech package (which we LOVE in the Escape) & we were on the road with a brand new SUV less than 2 hours of being there! Excellent service by EVERYONE at this dealership. We also had our 3 year old little girl with us and every employee took the time to acknowledge our family during the wait and the whole process in general! More

I took the SE home overnight so my husband could test it. Being tall, we appreciated the extra two inches available in the driver's seat over the CRV. After returning it the next afternoon, we worked out a mutually agreeable price regarding the trade-in of my older SUV that matched the value rated by Kelley Blue Book for a RAV4 in poor condition. All of the employees who I encountered were helpful and friendly but Kathey and Tim were especially efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. Jaylyn did a great job as delivery specialist and was waiting for me to arrive. I am enjoying driving my new vehicle and am glad that this process has been concluded successfully. More

When I purchase the second SUV 2years ago, I took my daughter in just to look at vehicles, with no intent in buying one. She look test drove cars and SUV’s for about 3 hours. Dan Godwin ask if he could write me up an offer. After reviewing the offer I purchased the SUV at that time. New price was less than the cost of other dealers used ones. I have purchased 2 more SUV’s since Guy Falkenberry was my sales person for each of them. Each one at a great price. I use Woody Anderson Ford service department for all my vehicle service. It’s very easy, call make an appointment, drop the vehicle off, the shuttle service will take you back to work are home and come pick you up when the vehicle is ready to go. They always run your vehicle through the car wash. You pick up a nice clean car ready to go. If you rather wait for you vehicle, the Mustang Café is a great place to set/eat while you wait. More
