While I ended up getting a brand new car, James was very helpful in getting us the information on the used cars we had originally gone to see. When he saw I was unsure of a used car he found a 2017 for me to see. That 2017 was the car I bought. James was very helpful to me to figure out what I could get for rebates so I could afford the car. He was also very forward in his desire that he would not pressure me into a car and that he would help anyway he could to get me into a newer car than my Escape. I highly recommend Woody Anderson Ford and I recommend James. More

2017 Ford Escape I was in a car accident and totaled my car unexpectedly. After dealing with several other dealerships, a family friend recommended Adam at Woody Ander I was in a car accident and totaled my car unexpectedly. After dealing with several other dealerships, a family friend recommended Adam at Woody Anderson Ford. Within the same day of contacting Adam, we met with him & test drove the Edge and the Escape. Adam kept in contact with us throughout the whole week working around our schedule. The day we made our decision, Adam and Aaron (in Finance) had the vehicle cleaned up with a full tank of gas & paperwork completed before we arrived! Adam took the time to orient us to the vehicle & tech package (which we LOVE in the Escape) & we were on the road with a brand new SUV less than 2 hours of being there! Excellent service by EVERYONE at this dealership. We also had our 3 year old little girl with us and every employee took the time to acknowledge our family during the wait and the whole process in general! More

I took the SE home overnight so my husband could test it. Being tall, we appreciated the extra two inches available in the driver's seat over the CRV. After returning it the next afternoon, we worked out a mutually agreeable price regarding the trade-in of my older SUV that matched the value rated by Kelley Blue Book for a RAV4 in poor condition. All of the employees who I encountered were helpful and friendly but Kathey and Tim were especially efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. Jaylyn did a great job as delivery specialist and was waiting for me to arrive. I am enjoying driving my new vehicle and am glad that this process has been concluded successfully. More
