My daughter test drove the car with Drew on Friday and came home after saying how nice he was. We went back Saturday morning and Drew was busy and Guy F. helped us out. Both gentlemen were extremely personable and took time when they had it to just talk to us. The price of the car was very fair and I can honestly say that I have never seen a 10 year old used car in such immaculate condition. The way it should be I came in for service on my 2011 Ford Explorer and felt it might be time to upgrade. Salesman (James Morris) greeted me on the lot, knew exactly what I came in for service on my 2011 Ford Explorer and felt it might be time to upgrade. Salesman (James Morris) greeted me on the lot, knew exactly what models had addressed the concerns I had with my 2011 and took me on a very informative test drive. Very refreshing to meet and work with a salesman that actually knows his product line inside and out. Fortunately the great experience was just beginning as I negotiated price and models with James and did not have to play the old "let me ask my manager" game. The finance lady was exceptional, no pressure from anyone just information presented that allowed me to understand and select the best products for my needs. During the relatively short paperwork portion the vehicle was cleaned and prepared for delivery with the orientation/training portion from the resident expert being the lengthiest (as it should be with this technology) part of the whole experience. I feel great about what I bought, what I paid and how i was treated. Considering the number of vehicles sold that day, this refreshing sales model works for everyone! More

Like most people, I loathe shopping for cars as it seems to take far too long to accomplish this task. I had conducted research, had two specific vehicles identified (by VIN) and they were quickly located for a test drive. James and Bradley answered all questions, did not attempt to up-sell, found every possible rebate, and made the overall experience very pleasant. I highly recommend if you choose to shop for a car at Woody Anderson, do yourself a favor and ask for James Morris, he will take care of you. More

The agent made the experience one of trust. The agent, Guy Falkenberry created an air of trust. He explained the Woody Anderson buying process. The agent did a great job of getting me the kind of car I needed. My original desire was to get a used car. but he created a package where I got a new car. His approach was holistic. He considered my needs and put together Ford and Woody Anderson product to make the sale. He took me for a test drive. Then we stopped and he went over all of the features of the car. He brought in technology staffer Jaylyn Ligon to sync my phone and go over the technoloy features of the car. I am impressed and very pleased with my experience at Woody Anderson Ford, Guy Falkenberry and Jaylyn Ligon. I strongly recommend the dealership.
