Could Have Gotten Better Deal I was told I was going to get the best deal for driving to Alabama. Plus some! I don’t think I got that deal. Overall good experience marred with a couple problems. I have purchased two vehicles from Woody Anderson now. Both brand new, with George Kostakis as the sales rep. This last time, I came in with my needs I have purchased two vehicles from Woody Anderson now. Both brand new, with George Kostakis as the sales rep. This last time, I came in with my needs and desires. Quickly found a model that checked all of the boxes for needs and only partially missed one. Unfortunately the specific color I wanted, the nearest one with the trim level and options I wanted was in Ohio. My purchasing time table was a little too accelerated to wait for a dealer to dealer transfer. But that is not the fault of Woody Anderson. Processes of finding the car and test driving was seamless. Unfortunately, the actual purchase process is slow and a bit cumbersome. Took almost two hours from the time I completed my test drive to when I was handed the key to take the car home on a Thursday evening. The important thing there is that I said key. The second key could not be found. In what I can only assume is an effort to reduce the work load of the service department, Woody Anderson contracted out having new keys programmed/cut to a locksmith service. So I was instructed to return the following Thursday at noon, when the locksmith would be on site. The day prior to me needing to return for the second key, I was called and asked to bring a copy of my insurance to the dealership. Apparently the one that was emailed to the financing rep during the purchase process was lost. So I stopped by and dropped it off. I inquired about the second key, and was again instructed to stop in at noon the next day. Thursday arrives and I arrive at the dealership about five till noon. Checked in, turned my key in, and proceeded to the sitting area in the showroom. After an hour of waiting, as I my lunch break was over, with my car sitting in the spot I parked it I went to the desk to ask a status. I received and apology and was informed that the contractor was running late and would be there within ten minutes. After another hour and a half, I received my second key and was told that the locksmith did not have my FOB style in stock and they ultimately took it to the service center to have it programmed and cut. So not only did I have to return a week later to receive my second key, I had to wait 2.5 hours just for Woody Anderson to do it in house anyway. However, everyone I dealt with was courteous, respectful, and friendly. Numerous times, someone approached me to ask if I needed anything. I have no complaints there. It is just some of their processes and procedures could use some streamlining to reduce waits and ensuring customer satisfaction More

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, so naturally, I was a little overwhelmed with the entire process, but everyone I interacted with was very understanding and more than willing to answer any questions I had during the process.
