I Close Review Woody Anderson Ford Poor I used to be a loyal customer of Woody Anderson. I've bought two cars from them but will never go back. In October, I had my car towed there after an accident and was told it would be ready in 11 days. I called in 11 days and it hadn't even been looked at. I was going to have it moved, and they gave me a free rental so I stayed with them. It took forever, but I got it back. Later, the AC broke. I made an appointment, took it in, and got a rental car again. They didn't get to it for several days so I complained about the rental and was promised it would be taken care of. Eventually, they realized that the AC problem was from the accident and fixed it for no charge. Then I got a bill for the rental car. I called and called, and the service person got back to me after about a week. He promised it would be taken care of, but it wasn't. I called again, was promised again, then one more time and it was supposed to be done by the following morning. I took it to management today because the credit card bill was due, and no one got back to me. I've never been treated so horribly especially by someone who has profited from my purchase of two cars! I am done with Woody Anderson for good. More
