Great Experience with my new truck purchase I have purchased fords from many dealers over the years but never really had any loyalty to a dealer. This is my fourth purchase from Woody Anderson Ford, and my second truck purchase from James Morris. I always have a great experience at Woody Anderson, the service level and follow up are above any other. They provide a great buying experience with a great staff, modern facilities and a large inventory. The last purchase was very impressive from a customer service stand point, I meet the General manager and had a great conversation with him and meet the owner and received a personal tour of the new showroom and facilities. When is the last time you meet the owner and the general manager at a dealership? Great people, great product and a great dealership!!! More

Busy Saturday, but we still had a pleasant experience. We went to buy our car on a busy Saturday at Woody Anderson, so there was some waiting, mostly for the business office. But that is the only comment that I can think of that is less than superlative for Woody Anderson Ford. Our salesperson, Stephanie Peterson, was pleasant, not pushy, listened to our needs and found us the perfect Fusion. The business office guy was great, and explained everything to us. Sorry, I don’t recall his name. They offer a plan where you can take your car to Woody every 5,000 miles and they do EVERYTHING up to 75,000 miles. All I have to do is buy gas and maybe a brake rotor or two for the next 7 years. Very cool indeed. More
