Update to Poor relations I purchased a 2019 Ford Fusion in June 2019. One week after I purchased the vehicle the face of the radio went black. It came back on and later while I purchased a 2019 Ford Fusion in June 2019. One week after I purchased the vehicle the face of the radio went black. It came back on and later while driving the backup view came on the display as I was driving and not backing up. Then after it went back to normal it freezes up. I have been trying to get an appointment to have it fixed and am told it will be the middle of September before they will have a appointment available. I explained that my car would not be in town after August 17th until December. I called Ray and Pearman and I have appointment next week. I will never buy another vehicle from Woody Anderson Ford again and neither will my family or friends. Also my hold time on the phone just for someone to pick up and talk to me was over a hour each time. I was hung up on twice by someone just picking up the line and just hanging it up. UPDATE: Thanks to management my issue was handled immediately after finding out I had a issue. I will be a future customer of Woody Anderson Ford. More
Lack of any customer service On July 15, 2019 I took my E350 ford van to the service department due to an ABS warning light and RSC maintenance needed message coming up on the veh On July 15, 2019 I took my E350 ford van to the service department due to an ABS warning light and RSC maintenance needed message coming up on the vehicle''s dash. I was direct to the open service lane and told a technical would be there shorty. Ten minutes later I asked to talk to someone as people behind me in line were processed while I waited. When the service techician came I explained the issue and was told a meter check would be needed to determine the problem. It could not be done yesterday and appointments were being taken 3 months in the future??? I asked if he knew anyone else in Huntsville who could do the dianostic check. He said no he didnt. I left without accomplishing anything due to a total lack of interest in solving my issue. I request to speak to a service manager which also has not happened. No call back from any service manager has occurred which I requested. Sorry operation which I will never revisit. Van was purchase from Woody Anderson. More

Left messages, sent emails, and finally managed to speak to the salesman who assured me he would look into what the problem was. Waited over the weekend and called back and was transferred to the accessories department when I explained my predicament. John in accessories was extremely helpful, 5 star, but informed me that the salesman never contacted them when he told me he would. Would probably buy another car from Woody Anderson, but definitely would use another salesman. More

Awesome car buying experience My wife and I went to buy an Explorer we saw online so we called ahead to make sure it was available when we got there. When we arrived it was pulled My wife and I went to buy an Explorer we saw online so we called ahead to make sure it was available when we got there. When we arrived it was pulled up front and they promptly looked at our car for its trade in value. After a few negotiations and very little time we drove out with out new Explorer. Quentin did an awesome job as did the finance department. More
