The vehicle was exactly what I was looking for...Jeff spent quite a bit of time trying to match my "must haves" and "don't wants" to find a reasonable fit for me. There were not too many "don't cares" in the packages to cause any price inflation. The offer I received was more than reasonable, and I agreed to it predominantly as written. We wanted this process to be easy, informative and with little to no stress at all! After looking we settled on Woody Anderson Ford in Madison. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. We began working with Mr. George Kostakis. We went over our budget, the trade in value of our car and what kind of cars we were interested in. After that we looked at a few but we just didn’t find “the one”. Mr. kostakis was not pushy or annoyed that we just weren’t finding anything. We left and did research. We settled on a 2020 Ford Explorer. I then emailed Mr. Kostakis the exact car I wanted, but he was unable to get it from the other dealership. What he did get was an even better Explorer for a better price. We were able to drive home in our new car a few hours after I emailed him! The process was nothing like I have experienced before in car buying. I would undoubtedly recommend Woody Anderson Ford, but specifically Mr. Kostakis if you are in the market for a new or used car!
