I was starting the process of trading my 2013 Ford Fusion. While we were visiting Huntsville area, we stopped at Woody Anderson Ford to look around, with no intention of purchasing a car. That's when we meet Brian Williams, and that was the beginning of my Woody Anderson experience. Mr. Williams was fully aware of the fact that we lived in SC and the chances of making a sale was very small. Mr. Williams showed us the Woody Anderson business philosophy, long story short, we bought a 2018 Ford Edge. I have bought many cars during my life and I sincerely believe Mr.Williams is the best, by far, sales consultant I have ever dealt with. This is not the end of our purchase experience, with a 20 day temporary registration, we headed home to SC. Their office personnel forwarded the necessary paper work to the SCDMV. After numerous calls back and forth between myself and Brian and Brian and the Woody Anderson office staff, 38 days and two temporary registration later I have SC plates on my new car. Without all the help from Brian and the complete staff at Woody Anderson Ford, I would still be having issues with the SCDMV. Many Thanks Lynn Baer More
Just Another Sale This was our fourth new car purchase from Woody Anderson always with the same sales rep, and I have to say I believe our last. With the exception This was our fourth new car purchase from Woody Anderson always with the same sales rep, and I have to say I believe our last. With the exception of the owner, Mrs. Anderson, and Jessica, the delivery specialist, we never saw or heard from our sales rep or the sales manager Daryl after being handed off to Kristin. Not a congratulations, safe travels, thank you, a hand shake...nothing. Luckily for us whenever we encounter Mrs. Anderson at the dealership she always makes us feels special, otherwise it would have been a truly regrettable afternoon! We had a couple of hiccups in our negotiations, but I expected better of Woody Anderson sales personnel and leadership than to let a customer drive off their lot without a word of thanks or congratulations, especially with today's car prices. More
The renovations at the dealer are marvelous. I’m very pleased with the layout. I’m even happier you still have Will Howard as one of your associates. All of the salespeople were courteous and reasonable in the negotiated price and answered all questions related to the purchase and warrantee of the new Mustang.
