All personnel I encountered from the front desk to those I saw in passing were personable and motivated. The vehicle was exactly what I was looking for...Jeff spent quite a bit of time trying to match my "must haves" and "don't wants" to find a reasonable fit for me. There were not too many "don't cares" in the packages to cause any price inflation. The offer I received was more than reasonable, and I agreed to it predominantly as written.
