On top of all this bad service, this representative named John Brinkman, had the audacity to tell another associate to make sureI pay. 🤬 The xxxx kind of racist remark is that? I came to Woody Anderson Ford for a service to be done, my bill no problem. Wrong oil two days is a problem. My business lost money because or Your Mistake!! Why should I lose money for your mistake. You should have paid me for not being able to deliver my load. CORRECT!! May appointment was for one day at most not two or even all day on the first day 🤔. So tell this retired military veteran, who can fix this issue or is this how WOODY ANDERSON FORD thanks me for my SERVICE!! I’ll wait for someone with some Rank in the company to respond. She specifically said she would not call "her people" in to work on our vehicle and told me I needed to get on the same page as my husband before scheduling an appointment. Excuse me? Her attitude towards me was condescending and unprofessional. At that point, I just hung up on her. When my husband tried to schedule another appointment later, he was told they would not service us due to the fact that I had been rude. No worries Woody Anderson - we will never buy another car from you! More

Lucky for most, but they did not do such a good job on repairing my truck, I will never go back there. Two trips to repair still ended up with a bad tire and mud left in the bed.
