Excellent sales assistance by Eric. Excellent service from Kristin in finance in completing the sale. Then the system seems to break down. I have not received the State of Georgia Excellent service from Kristin in finance in completing the sale. Then the system seems to break down. I have not received the State of Georgia registration paperwork from the sale on 3/5/2023. I was promised a notification of the tracking number from the Alabama dealership to the state of Georgia. It is approaching 30 days and I need to get the registration process completed. There was some kind of illness in the finance department, but the website lists numerous Finance personnel. I am very disappointed with lack of support and the delay - totally unacceptable. This dealership is well stocked and a beautiful facility. Based on this part of the support process, the owner/General manager needs refocus the support process in taking care of every customer, not just the "large and local" customers that I was informed have to go first. More
Went back to Woody Anderson Ford to clear the air today. I spoke with Tim and John and we talked like MEN about our misunderstandings on my service appointment. Tim and I spoke about the oil I wanted and that’s where the conversation started on the day that I arrived for service, and today after us both accepting responsibility in the miscommunication. Long story short, I spike we John Brinkman as well. We also discussed the our issue like MEN and talked about some other things. On top of all this bad service, this representative named John Brinkman, had the audacity to tell another associate to make sureI pay. 🤬 The xxxx kind of racist remark is that? I came to Woody Anderson Ford for a service to be done, my bill no problem. Wrong oil two days is a problem. My business lost money because or Your Mistake!! Why should I lose money for your mistake. You should have paid me for not being able to deliver my load. CORRECT!! May appointment was for one day at most not two or even all day on the first day 🤔. So tell this retired military veteran, who can fix this issue or is this how WOODY ANDERSON FORD thanks me for my SERVICE!! I’ll wait for someone with some Rank in the company to respond. She specifically said she would not call "her people" in to work on our vehicle and told me I needed to get on the same page as my husband before scheduling an appointment. Excuse me? Her attitude towards me was condescending and unprofessional. At that point, I just hung up on her. When my husband tried to schedule another appointment later, he was told they would not service us due to the fact that I had been rude. No worries Woody Anderson - we will never buy another car from you! More
