Oil change at Express was in reasonable time. BUT they said I needed a brake job on all 4 and rotors for $1100+ ,I declined. I went to a repable dealer who has been in business for 40 years to have it done. After taking the wheels off of all four, he claimed that I had 50-60 thousand miles left on brakes and no rotor problems and recommended that I did not need brakes at this time. He charged me $25 for the service. Was this just a money making scheme by Anderson Ford to do something I didn't need? Shame!! You owe me $25 for the charge I got. Thankful I did not have Your dealership recommended work!! More

I have owned multiple Fords over past 20 some years and enjoyed all of them. However, servicing/maintenence is inevitable. I have experienced many issues with even some of the simplest task at this dealers enjoyed all of them. However, servicing/maintenence is inevitable. I have experienced many issues with even some of the simplest task at this dealership (not to mention weeks to months) to schedule an appointment. I had an oil change on my 2017 Mustang and drove it for several weeks. When raised hood to check oil level I found tools laying on top of motor. My wife had oil changed in her 2020 Explorer limited prior to trip to Kentucky and back to Huntsville. Parked SUV in garage and next morning found huge puddle of oil around vehicle. I checked under hood and found oil filler cap had not been re-installed after oil change. I experienced a check engine light on my 2020 Explorer ST and was diagnosed as an exhaust system issue. Took several weeks for repair, then approximately 250 miles later I experienced same failure. Took ST back to dealership and explained I had vacation trip planned in 4 days and I needed SUV for trip. Was told I could drop off vehicle and they would get to it when they could. I then ask if they could offer a loaner since they weren't able to repair my SUV after weeks of waiting parts and install. Nothing offered. I did experience other issues with scheduling service visits but above-mentioned were some of the more egregious events. I sold my Ford vehicles now and changed brands and hope to receive better treatment from service department in future. More
