Service Personnel were extremely courteous, professional and very helpful. We had a routine Oil Change and a Check Engine Light diagnostic that revealed a possible future Catalytic Converter or related pro and very helpful. I'm not sure how Ford managed to hire the best people in Huntsville, but I have been so impressed with the service center and Quick Lane. Shout out to Corley for being so kind and professional. Lots of other friendly faces there but didn't get their names. Every employee that I made eye contact with smiled, was pleasant and seemed happy. They also seemed to interact well with each other and seemed to work really well together as a team. My Ford Escape is finally almost paid off and I need to upgrade soon to something bigger. I've had my eye on Toyotas but my experiences over the years with the service center has really had me reconsidering and I will absolutely look at Fords again just to keep using you guys. Last time I used the mobile pick up and it was so convenient because I have 2 small children. I didn't bring them today to the Quick Lane but I really appreciated the little kids table, books and clean restrooms. Thank you for being amazing and exceeding expectations. More
