Good But I called for an appointment and ask to ensure my discount applies. I was told it should only take an hour for an oil change which is fine by me. An hour later I was informed a little bit more wait in which I have no choice but take her word for it. At least I was getting an update instead of leaving me wondering what is happening to my car. Two hours later, I was getting my final bill but she forgot to include my discount. I brought it up kindly and she obliged nicely but not apologetic. It’s cool. Being pleasantly nice it’s good enough for me. She has to go to a guy behind a counter to change it. The guy had the nerve to tell her that I had time in the world to tell them about my discount and I didn’t. I would have let go the two hours wait but to add an insult with that is unacceptable.
