Joshua made it a great experiance. Pulled up to service, Joshua came out and and took my info. Stated it would take an hour and a half. Within 5 minutes had my truck in the bay. Joshua approached me 30 minutes later saying it was complete and asked if he could keep my truck longer so he could give me a free wash. I said yes. Total oil change and vehicle wash was 40 minutes long. He got the job done in half the time that was estimated. Joshua did such a great job I asked for him to be my full time representative. More

Finance manager is abusive. Calls names places blame. I was quite firm on my maximum payment. Thought we had a deal, 5 days later they want me to sign off on 4%higher. This puts me over. The "finance manager," starts screaming at me on the phone when i questioned these methods so i hung up. He texted me saying he "hopes I dont think this is some kind of joke," and thretening legal action. No. I dont think its funny at all. I asked to be sent paperwork showing i agreed to spot delivery. It wasnt discussed and the paperwork wasnt given to me, i was told i would get it in time to register the car. The "finance manager" has refused to email me the requested paperwork. He instead said i "mustve lost it." And accused me of having "an attitude." This is not how professionals do business. I am able to complete the financing through my credit union at the agreed rate. After an hour Woodman has still not gotten the paperwork to me or my credit union. I am keeping my car, but i highly regret doing business will Woodmen. More

Cared For Went in to Woodmen about three months ago looking into the possibility of trading our 2014 Pathfinder in for an Armada. Seth was our sales associate a Went in to Woodmen about three months ago looking into the possibility of trading our 2014 Pathfinder in for an Armada. Seth was our sales associate and he was very kind and helpful from the beginning. Overall our experienced was pleasant even though we did not trade in that day because they didn't have the vehicle we wanted. We weren't pressured to buy even though Harley the sales manager did offer us better options for a different automobile. Seth stayed in touch with us the last couple months and contacted us about different vehicles that came in. Finally, Seth found the Armada we were looking for with the right mileage. He and Harley had even spoke about our family between themselves and how this would be the right vehicle for us which made us feel like people instead of just a sale. We went to carmax first because we thought we could get a better number for the trade in value, however carmax was only willing to give us $13,000. Woodmen Nissan gave us $15,000 and gave us a better interest rate than should've been available. On that particular day Brad was the manager on duty and was overtly generous with our trade in value. Overall we walked out happy customers and are thankful that we were able to find the vehicle our family needed. Besides the great experience, our three kids played a lot around the room through the whole process and no one seemed to mind. Thanks Seth and Brad. And blessings to Harley as well! More

ZERO Customer service skills! On Tuesday afternoon we were greeted by a salesman named Nico. He was professional and friendly. The supervisor, a red haired guy with a beard, was absolutely, by far, hands down the most vile disrespectful human being I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He treated us like complete garbage! He even proceeded to talk highly inappropriately, loudly, about us openly outside in front of everyone in the front doorway! We had our child with us! There were other people outside! I came here because I had previously purchased a new car here just a few years ago, but won't be back or reccomend this place to anyone. No one deserves to be publicly humiliated for not wanting to immediately rush into the first car they look at. After only 25 minutes of talking with Nico his supervisor expected us to be fully ready and committed to buy right then and there, no exceptions. "Let's go! Get back out there. They are wasting your f****** time. They have no f****** money! If they aren't ready to buy right now, move on, get them out of here! Why the f*** did they come here if they aren't ready to buy?!?
