Dear omgsheisreal, It is very disappointing to see that you are no longer happy with your purchase experience. This is a surprise since you initially posted a 5 star review back in June, saying everything was so easy, quick, and great all around. I know you have spoken to a couple of our staff members about your concerns. There is no return policy, but there is a 3-day exchange policy. You were offered the opportunity to exchange your vehicle, but you did not take advantage of that. When it comes to test drives, we always offer that. It’s possible you may have declined that test drive since sales people aren’t with customers inside the vehicles due to COVID restrictions. We are very sorry you were not happy with this experience.
