Hello Sanchez8310, We saw your review in regards to a purchase with our pre-owned department earlier this month. We are sorry to hear you and your girlfriend are not satisfied with this experience. It is our goal to provide excellent customer service and it is disappointing to hear you feel this was not what you received. We do apologize for that. It sounds like several pictures of the vehicle in question were provided upfront to show what this vehicle looked like. There was time to inspect this vehicle in person prior to the purchase as well. After looking over the vehicle, a WE OWE was filled out stating what we would do as part of that purchase agreement. All work was done in a timely manner. All pre-owned vehicles are sold-as and if anything else had been brought to our attention that was needed to complete this purchase agreement; we would have addressed that at that time. We are sorry you are not completely satisfied with this vehicle after all. As for the referral, that is something that would need to take place at time of purchase. If someone, like a neighbor or co-worker, sent us someone that bought, there would be paperwork to be filled out to receive the referral. This isn’t normally done between a spouse or partner. Nothing was brought to us attention until now about a referral. We are sorry we can’t complete that for this car purchase. Your concerns have been brought to the attention of management for review. Did you offer the promotion up front or did i have to find out about it through a facebook ad? Be upfront with people help save them money help get them a promotion. And i understand it isnt normally done between spouses but realize that is where many referals come from and honor your promotion. Or at least let us know about your promotions instead of keeping them a secret. But you guys were shady from the start.
