Honestly a wonderful experience. I got a car from Jonah Woosley at Woodhouse Place Nissan in January 2025 and totalled it two months later. He was the first phone call I made after the tow truck loaded up my car. He helped me get a hold of someone in service when they were slammed and he helped guide me through the insurance claim process. He made a stressful and unpleasant process bearable. Then when it was time to get a replacement car I gave him my parameters and he went to work putting options together. I felt genuinely cared about and listened to. He wasn't pushy, he was patient, and he was funny to be around. I ended up getting a great vehicle at an incredible price. More
