I met with Manny once open at 7:30. Manny has helped me in the past and is a very friendly person. Manny set me up with a car to borrow and made dropping off and picking up easy. I wasn't able to remove the bolts from my rear plate and Manny made sure it got done. I had a few additional services on my service sheet I will return for in the future. Thanks, Mac More
This dealership went above and beyond to give me excellent customer service. They truly care that a customer's issues are addressed and resolved. Kudos to Matthew Chrans who did some research and excellent customer service. They truly care that a customer's issues are addressed and resolved. Kudos to Matthew Chrans who did some research and found a solution to the issue.. None of the other dealerships I had gone to even considered doing that!! Then Matthew and Antonio Gaskill got me set up with a loaner vehicle and worked with the shop to get the work completed. Today they sent a driver out to deliver my car back to me (a 3 hour drive one way). An A+ experience from start to finish. If you want excellent service - this is the place. More
Tyson Kriley and the whole Woodhouse team were excellent to work with. No pressure, informative, knowledgeable and professional. This is how the sales experience should be!! to work with. No pressure, informative, knowledgeable and professional. This is how the sales experience should be!! More

Tyson and the folks at Woodhouse Mazda were very helpful in getting me in to my new ride. I was very happy with the patience they showed with everything from the test drives, to answering every single quest in getting me in to my new ride. I was very happy with the patience they showed with everything from the test drives, to answering every single question I had regarding the purchase, and giving me time to read before I signed anything. I didn’t feel like there was any pressure and that is important to me when I’m buying a vehicle. More
Tyson was very helpful in showing me vehicles and listening to what I wanted or needed to have. Made the process go smooth. I went to Mazda Bellevue because they had a car I liked. All their staff didn’t try to push extra stuff on me which I liked. They were very easy to work with and understanding of any concerns or issues that arose. That said, the new '23 Mazda CX-50 basically sells itself. It's an awesome car. After buying MANY new Mazda's from Woodhouse during the last 15 or so years They told my wife to continue driving her 2020 CX-5 with it's check engine light on until parts were available in July. This car last 15 or so years They told my wife to continue driving her 2020 CX-5 with it's check engine light on until parts were available in July. This car was well under warranty with about 14,000 miles on it. Being and engineer and Classic car enthusiast I continuing to drive the car would likely result in damage to the engine and emissions components that would likely not surface until the warranty had expired. No other solution was offered. I even tried to trade it for a new 2022 and was offered an extremely low trade value with the comment that they didn't want to have it in their inventory for 6 months waiting for parts. Fine, the YOU use it as a loaner. They said they had about 13 other customers with the same problem. Internet research blatantly proved I was not alone and that this issue has been known since 2018 affecting multiple models. Numerous revisions of the affected parts have all failed. They claim they don't have the parts yet they are still building and selling cars. Efforts to reach MAZDA North America were frustrating and fruitless. Their TOTAL lack of response and effort has cost Mazda a customer of over 40 years. I would also like to say that aaditional research again revealed I was not alone in not being able to reach Mazda USA and Mazda Japan. If one thinks I'm making this up, I encourage you to try contacting them before purchasing a Mazda. I don't suppose Woodhouse or Mazda will post this to their webpage. But hopefully this will prevent another from the SUBSTANTIAL monetary loss I experienced More
