This Review Was Earned I commend Danny, Dominic and John at the Woodhouse Hyundai of Omaha store for enduring what most would consider one of the most unfortunate situations I commend Danny, Dominic and John at the Woodhouse Hyundai of Omaha store for enduring what most would consider one of the most unfortunate situations you could experience as a consumer and a dealer---A Lemon. What could have turned out to be a confrontational situation was handled patiently and professionally. I know that in a car dealership, sales volume drives everything. However, I believe that Danny, Dominic and John also realize that service is what keeps people coming back. Each of them, in their own capacity provided exceptional service. Danny upheld his duties in the sales department and when things went horribly wrong, he hung in there and brought in the right people to satisfy our disappointment as best he could. Dominic helped direct communication with Hyundai Corporate in California and didn't leave us on our own to figure it out. Dominic put us in touch with John who as the Service Manager took care of our immediate needs, that being providing us with a courtesy car until we were able to get a replacement vehicle. John arranged to have this vehicle delivered to our house, which is approximately 180 miles one way from Omaha. We drove this vehicle for over a month with there never being pressure that they were going to come get the vehicle and leave us in a lurch. Maintaining an open line of communication is important when dealing with situations such as this. We demanded open communication and I would say for the most part, we never felt left in the dark. We understand that business goes on and that there are always other areas demanding their attention as well. We understand that this is a long review and given the situation felt it demanded appropriate attention. In the end, we felt valued as customers of Woodhouse Hyundai of Omaha, we were taken care of from a customer service standpoint and in the end, we ended up with a replacement vehicle that is fulfilling our expectations.
