Service stinks I came in with two service needs. I was told a price for the services over the phone. When I arrive I was told it would be a little more than an hour. I came in with two service needs. I was told a price for the services over the phone. When I arrive I was told it would be a little more than an hour. Three hours later they were done and costs were almost double what I was quoted. I will never visit Woodhouse in Blair ever. More
Parts I just bought 2 new vehicles in June 2018 along with extended warranty on both. Come Sept 2018 a trim piece came off my explorer. Called them of cours I just bought 2 new vehicles in June 2018 along with extended warranty on both. Come Sept 2018 a trim piece came off my explorer. Called them of course they wanted to look at it. 1st I was told the piece is $146 but a $100 warranty deductible I would have to pay. Then once they looked at it they stated the weather stripping under that piece also needs replaced and neither is covered under warranty and it would cost me $400 to fix. I just spent over $80,000 in vehicles and they are not willing to replace those parts especially when the explorer was a certified vehicle. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHAT SO EVER. Their customer service is AWFUL. More

Poor Service We bought our 2014 Jeep in November. Have had so many problems with it that Chrysler has decided to buy it back. Woodhouse has done nothing for us a We bought our 2014 Jeep in November. Have had so many problems with it that Chrysler has decided to buy it back. Woodhouse has done nothing for us and we have pretty much had to handle the paperwork and make all the phone calls ourselves. We loved our salesperson but after dealing with the service center and the buy back person we will not be back once we get this issue taken care of. We have bought 4 vehicles in the last 5 years for a total of over $90,000 and would expect far better service then what we have received. For anyone thinking about going to Woodhouse do yourself a favor and go to another dealer. It takes them 30 minutes to get you into a vehicle but 3 or 4 months to fix any problems you may have. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
