Ford Service Department on my F-150 I had an issue with my engine making a noise so I called the service department for me to come in and have them look at my 2018 F-150. Once I got ther I had an issue with my engine making a noise so I called the service department for me to come in and have them look at my 2018 F-150. Once I got there we popped the hood and Scott listened to the noise and new right away what the issue was. He told me that they could fix it but there was a some new way of fixing the issue coming from Ford in the next couple of weeks and that we should wait until then. The truck was not in any danger of being damaged if I kept driving it so I waited. I brought the truck back in and they gave me a loaner truck while they fixed it. The service department was fast on fixing my truck and I have had no issues since. More

Absolutely a fantastic service department. They have serviced my truck for 15 years and it only gets better. I have went to other service departments but the people at Woodhouse truly care about me and serviced my truck for 15 years and it only gets better. Last time there, the technician met me in the bay and said I will take care of this, and he did very quickly, with attention to detail and talked with me when the work was done. Absolute exellence! It was a complex transmission issue, which required an overnight hold for parts. Was provided with a great loaner vehicle.
