refuses to service my recall I have a recall on my car that was issued a month ago in which my car will shut down at high speeds (>65 mph) after driving a long distance. there is I have a recall on my car that was issued a month ago in which my car will shut down at high speeds (>65 mph) after driving a long distance. there is no warning of the car about to shut off. Apparently the hybrid battey gets overheated due to a faulty cooling valve. I have almost been clipped twice on the interstate because of my car shutting down while passing someone. I have told the problem to the staff and manager in which fits the exact issue on the recall. However, they claim that they cannot service my car and replace the defective part despite there is a recall for this exact issue. They claim they need diagnostic codes or some bs. I took my car to another dealership in another state and they called their bluff. they said they do not need codes to service the car warranty nor should they ever deny it based on the danger of it. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows you that they are not looking for the best interest of their customers. More

Excellent service as usual Atchley Ford put in the new express tire and service center and it is great! I was in and out in under 30 minutes. As an added bonus it was my first o Atchley Ford put in the new express tire and service center and it is great! I was in and out in under 30 minutes. As an added bonus it was my first oil change on my new car (2nd vehicle purchase with Atchley) and it was free. Pulled the car right to the door after it was finished and when I arrived they rushed out. I don't think I could be any happier with my service. More

The staff is always courteous and upfront about issues not to mention friendly and understanding. Bought my Edge there and always take it to the shop there if there is any issue with. Amazing Technicans and Concerned Customer Care My message center was showing check charging system, afraid while driving my car was going to quit on me I took it to Ashley Ford, thinking I needed a My message center was showing check charging system, afraid while driving my car was going to quit on me I took it to Ashley Ford, thinking I needed a battery, which I could barely afford, the technican Steve told me it was the altenator, I then became overwhelmed at the cost to repair, Steve went above and beyond to help me to fix my problem. The alternator was replaced, they even washed my car and the whole experience ended up being absolutely wonderful thanks to Steve, the mechanics and the feel at ease experience that everything would be all right and they would do all possible to help me fix my problem. I would recommend them to anyone. More

BAD EXPERINCE I always had good things to say about your service. The last two visits were very bad.First visit to change oil in my 09 focus.At age72 owinging my ca I always had good things to say about your service. The last two visits were very bad.First visit to change oil in my 09 focus.At age72 owinging my car for 3 years I never opened the hood as Atchley ford always took care of filling all fluids and checking my tires. Last oil change no fluids in window washer. Then I brought it in for a noise when turning right. NOISE IS STILL THERE AFTER $50+ and 3hrs. waiting for the car. More
TURBO TROUBLE I BROUGHT MY F-150 IN TO CHECK OUT THE TURBO'S AND FOUND OUT THAT MY TAILPIPE HAD BEEN KINKED SOMEHOW. SERVICE PERSONNEL SUGGESTED CUTTING KINKED PORT I BROUGHT MY F-150 IN TO CHECK OUT THE TURBO'S AND FOUND OUT THAT MY TAILPIPE HAD BEEN KINKED SOMEHOW. SERVICE PERSONNEL SUGGESTED CUTTING KINKED PORTION OFF. DID THAT AND THEY THEN WASHED MY TRUCK WHICH I CERTAINLY DIDN'T EXPECT! I DON'T KNOW WHO SUGGESTED THAT BUT I SURELY APPRECIATED IT!! I headed immediately to Atchley because the last time I ignored it the tire went fla The light came on that there was a problem with one of my tires. I headed immediately to Atchley because the last time I ignored it the tire went flat. The service technicians looked at it immediately and found a nail in the tire. They removed it, patched the tire, and had the car ready before I finished my coffee in the waiting room. This is why I love Atchley...great service. More
