We tried Woodhouse because no local service centers would touch our car issue. We were not expecting much, but they surpassed our expectations. Not only were they extremely friendly and courteous, they found touch our car issue. We were not expecting much, but they surpassed our expectations. Not only were they extremely friendly and courteous, they found the real problem we were experiencing; they identified the problem and fixed it which was much less expensive than the transmission replacement we were expecting. We deeply appreciate a dealership who treats customers as customers they would like to return not based on a lack of other options, but because they care. Woodhouse, you have new loyal customers. Worst experience ever My car had a recall. After I brought it in they claimed they fixed it, it was still acting up though. We brought it in again and said it was still hav My car had a recall. Every time they just updated it instead of actually fixing the problem. We brought it to woodhouse ford and they actually fixed the problem. Atchley is just lazy. Also woodhouse told us that atchley screwed up the bolts when they attempted to replace the part and thus delayed woodhouse another day because they had to order new bolts that atchley screwed up. He went and got a screw gun and screw and fixed the tailgate panel in a matter of a few minutes. Leaving recommended as No yet as they have to earn that yet. Thanks to Rod they get a little closer. Took 3 visits and yelling in the showroom to get results. Took vehicle in for oil change as we bought the service package. Went to pick up vehicle the service center girl told us the clock won't reset and no Took vehicle in for oil change as we bought the service package. Waited 3 months no call, called the girl at the oil center and she stated yeah we had a fix for the last 2 months, great will bring it down and have it fixed. Called service center made appointment and since the wife would be driving my F150 I made arrangements to have my boss pick me up. Arrive to have service completed and proceed to empty the tools from the back and the service guy says this will only take 5 min to fix....great....load the tools back up and in the mean time call boss to meet me at home he is 5 min away and says is waiting... Vehicle comes out and in a rush never checked to see if the clock worked. Wife gets in vehicle and says hey the clock don't work. The next day being Saturday I drive the vehicle back down and the service guy says well you will have to make a appointment to have it fixed again. I go into the show room and demand a new vehicle as the Escape is leased and only has 3k miles and they can't fix it and have to go through all the bs to make a appointment again when the service manager should have tested and double checked the vehicle was fixed before releasing. Herman calmed me down went the the service department and then pulled up outside with a used Fusion stating Mr Atchley says use this car and yours will be fixed by 5 pm. Herman called up at 1 pm. and the car was checked by 3 persons to verify fix and please return their car by 5 pm. Thanks Herman for your help. Second complaint was the last oil change on my F150 they were short one quart of oil and never filled the rest of the fluids. The cashier when checking out said no charge. And stated Ford may contact you to complete a survey please rate us 5 stars. I told her there was no flipping way you would get 1 star let alone 5 and the only comment she had was "oh". Not, "what was the problem", "let me get the service manager over here to discuss your problem" nothing but oh, have a good day! Sales persons are awesome..Herman is awesome and will make sure you are a SATISIFIED customer even though that should be performed by the service center....Service employees are jerks and don't care about you as a customer and perform shotty service. Double check your oil change and oil level before you leave. More
