So when I called Jim on the latest failure of his service department, his canned response was to well bring it on in. In order to bring the vehicle in under their service hours I would have to take a vacation day and when I stated that he stated well I see your vehicle is not worthly of taking a vacation day. If I have to take a vacation day everytime your people screw up I would have no vacation days. When I confronted him and stated why don't you stay till 10 pm or come back in the evening to resolve this. Oh no, that is beyond him to be displaced, but I am just suppose to take every day off to meet his schedule.
