Took 3 visits and yelling in the showroom to get results. Took vehicle in for oil change as we bought the service package. Went to pick up vehicle the service center girl told us the clock won't reset and no Took vehicle in for oil change as we bought the service package. Went to pick up vehicle the service center girl told us the clock won't reset and no known fix at the time. She would call when they have a fix. Waited 3 months no call, called the girl at the oil center and she stated yeah we had a fix for the last 2 months, great will bring it down and have it fixed. Called service center made appointment and since the wife would be driving my F150 I made arrangements to have my boss pick me up. Arrive to have service completed and proceed to empty the tools from the back and the service guy says this will only take 5 min to fix....great....load the tools back up and in the mean time call boss to meet me at home he is 5 min away and says is waiting... Vehicle comes out and in a rush never checked to see if the clock worked. Wife gets in vehicle and says hey the clock don't work. The next day being Saturday I drive the vehicle back down and the service guy says well you will have to make a appointment to have it fixed again. I go into the show room and demand a new vehicle as the Escape is leased and only has 3k miles and they can't fix it and have to go through all the bs to make a appointment again when the service manager should have tested and double checked the vehicle was fixed before releasing. Herman calmed me down went the the service department and then pulled up outside with a used Fusion stating Mr Atchley says use this car and yours will be fixed by 5 pm. Herman called up at 1 pm. and the car was checked by 3 persons to verify fix and please return their car by 5 pm. Thanks Herman for your help. Second complaint was the last oil change on my F150 they were short one quart of oil and never filled the rest of the fluids. The cashier when checking out said no charge. And stated Ford may contact you to complete a survey please rate us 5 stars. I told her there was no flipping way you would get 1 star let alone 5 and the only comment she had was "oh". Not, "what was the problem", "let me get the service manager over here to discuss your problem" nothing but oh, have a good day! Sales persons are awesome..Herman is awesome and will make sure you are a SATISIFIED customer even though that should be performed by the service center....Service employees are jerks and don't care about you as a customer and perform shotty service. Double check your oil change and oil level before you leave. More

No Hidden Agendas or Pushy Agents; All Promises Kept I came into the Atchley Ford dealership to get a tether retrofitted on my old 97 Ford Escort for my son's carseat not knowing that 3 days later I woul I came into the Atchley Ford dealership to get a tether retrofitted on my old 97 Ford Escort for my son's carseat not knowing that 3 days later I would drive away in a 2016 Ford Focus in Racecar Red. I figured as I was waiting to get the tether installed that I would begin my search for my much needed new car. This is where I was introduced to Kenny, who was straightforward, detailed, and knew what I wanted before I did. I test drove this 2016 Ford Focus SE and actually felt pretty bad that I had put 13 miles on this car that only had 20 on it when we got in. It is a great model. It is modern, sleek, and perfect size and style for a new teacher and mom. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The warranties on top of such a modern car were icing on the cake. I have zero worries on this car for the duration of my lease including oil changes, tire rotation, bumper to bumper, power and transmission, and roadside assistance. On Saturday, Kenny and Mike sat me down and I told him my budget and he promised he would get me as close as possible to it, and he did! I went to another dealership, H&H Kia, just so I wasn't buying or leasing the first and only car I test drove, and I was not happy. The car was lower quality, the sales agent was pushy, and very misleading with what I could afford. I was cordial and left hoping that Kenny could follow through on his promises from Saturday and he did just that. Christopher came in on the financing side and made sure all of the numbers were correct and all of my paperwork was perfect. I am glad I picked this dealership to install my tethers or I may have not found my new race car red Winona (my car's name). Thank you Atchley Ford for all your hard work, follow through, and all around great customer service! I would definitely recommend Kenny (or Chris, or Mike) to all family and friends! More

Not only Excellent Customer Service, Exceptional Service I purchased a used 2008 Ford F 150 form Chris Dworshack at Atchley. Chris was great and the sale went without a hitch. I purchased the Ford ESP Powertrain Warranty with this truck. After driving the truck for a couple weeks, i noticed some engine noise and took it in for service. No engine codes and the service guys said it sounded normal. Drove it another couple weeks and still had the engine noise, took it back again and still no engine codes or anything obvious. Asked them if they would be able to look at the engine, which requires tearing it apart. They agreed. Mike Galvin, Jim Bier, and Dennis Z. all treated me exceptionally well. Keep in mind this is only an 18k used truck. They did not had to cater to me like they did, but they did. Jim and the service department worked hard on finding the problem but could not see anything obvious so they worked with Ford ESP to get my engine replaced. This is no small feat from what I have read and it takes a good service department to get this done. They got it done and I am an extremely satisfied customer. You guys rock! More

Talked to Dave Minor (sales manager) about my situation. He had Dean show me different cars. I purchased a Ford Fiesta on 3/19/16! I had excellent customer service which made my experience purchasing a vehicle more enjoyable. They also helped me through my stressful time without having a car by letting test drive the Ford Fiesta for a couple of days to be sure I was happy with it. Dave Minor was not pushy and answered all my questions every time I called. He also had my paper work ready so that I didn't have to wait while everything went through. Dean who was patient, knowledgeable, and great customer service helped make my experience easier with the new vehicle! I would defiantly recommend Atchley Ford Dealership! More
