Travis walked me right through the process and helped me find the exact Explorer I was looking for. He was patient with my very busy 2 year-old daughter who "helped" me with the test driving, negotiating and paperwork. The overall experience was low-pressure and friendly. Will definitely be back! He went and got a screw gun and screw and fixed the tailgate panel in a matter of a few minutes. Leaving recommended as No yet as they have to earn that yet. Thanks to Rod they get a little closer. Buyer beware - resolved It is now the end of August and the issue has been resolved. My concern with the vehicle reached the sales manager Paul Adams and was resolved. During the repair of the vehicle my experience with the service staff was very positive. All people were friendly and helpful. They even provided a vehicle for us to use while we waited. Thank you Paul Adams and the service staff for restoring my confidence in your dealership. On the way home I noticed a dent in our new vans roofline that was missed on original inspection. I contacted the salesmen immediately the next morning. I was told "it is up to the customer to look over the vehicle before it leaves the lot". I accept responsibility for that but I don't believe a vehicle could make it through that dealership without someone noticing the dent. Wether it was negligence or deception no attempt has been made by Atchley to make it right. Shame on you Atchley! Buyer beware!!! More

He met us at the door as soon as we pulled up with the testdrive model waiting for us to drive freshly washed and greet greeted us with a strong handshake. I really felt like he took my concerns seriously and really wanted to get me into the best possible automobile. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle! More
