I've received nothing but the best service when dealing with Atchley Ford and Mike Galvan. My family has purchased/leased nearly 10 vehicles over the past 5-6 years and we will continue to come back again with Atchley Ford and Mike Galvan. I've worked with a few Ford and other dealerships in the past and Atchley stands head and shoulders above not only with their service but also in listening to and providing for what we actually want and need. We're not treated like we're just another customer coming through the door to buy something but employees (in addition to Mike) there actually know who we are and are just as friendly each and everytime. It not only is important to us but my friends have said so as well. Many times they provide services that other dealerships aren't willing to provide as well. More
I am giving this rating because I have had a very pleasant experience with Atchley Ford overall and particularly with my Salesman Joe Raven. I feel that they were fair in the price I got for my vehicle and everyone went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. We took our Mercury to Atchley and had some service done to the front end and we had them put 2 new front tires on it. One of our new tires exploded while parked in the garage. There was damage to the fron to the front end and we had them put 2 new front tires on it. One of our new tires exploded while parked in the garage. There was damage to the front spring and struts due to the car crashing down onto the garage floor cement after the tire exploded. The tire could have exploded while we were on the road causeing personal injury to multiple persons our selves included. The tire was 2 days old. More
I am rating atchley so noone else has to experience what I have. Poor quality work. Very slow, overpriced. broke my windshield and raplaced with cheap one. I took my 2009 F150 in because the transmission is shifting hard and at incorrect times and vibrating (slipping). Service had it for two days, said they reprogrammed the TCM/PCM. I took my 2002 Mustang into the Atchley dealership for repair. The mechanic gouged a piece of molding and never informed me of the incident. They had to empty the glove box and the contents were strewn ov repair. The mechanic gouged a piece of molding and never informed me of the incident. They had to empty the glove box and the contents were strewn over the back seat and they smeared the windows without cleaning them. Once I found the gouge I took the car back and they ordered a new part. From the time I took the car in 3 weeks ago it took 4 trips to repair the original problem and to replace the damage done to my car. They offered to detail my car for all the trouble I had experienced. I agreed and felt it was a reasonable solution. I picked up the car and the bugs were not even cleaned off the bumper. Completely unacceptable but followed the course the repair of the repair, shoddy work. I called the dealership manager and told him of my decision of never returning to the dealership after explaining the whole story. He said, I am sorry to hear that, and then hung up. No response to the workmanship of the dealership. I emailed the dealership asking for the owners email address and they did not respond. Be careful when dealing with this dealership. More
I bought a 2001 Taurus and have had nothing but problems with it. When I drove it off the lot they told me that everything was checked out and passed all of the certification checks. As I was driving it home I notied that it had a severe pull to the right. I checked the tire pressure and one of the front tires had 110 psi in it. One month later, the steering wheel began to shimmy while I was going down the road. They told me ther was a defective set of tires on the car and refused to put a new set on it. I ended up putting a new set of tires on it, and the steering wheel still shimmies while going down the highway. I tired to take it in while it was still under warrenty and the problem was still never fixed. Now that the car is out of warrenty it has costs me several hundreds of dollars and the same problem still exists two years later. Achley Ford has made me feel as though they unloaded a car on me that they knew had a problem with it in the first place. I feel like I have been screwed. More
