Prior to visiting Atchley I had been in contact with Rusty Eck Ford. The only reason being that I had purchased my 2010 Ford Focus there and had received information in the mail about refinancing or trading up. I found Rusty Eck Ford to be unprofessional and undesirable to deal with. I am sorry I even entertained the thought of going anywhere other than Atchley. I will never make that mistake again. I will be coming back to Atchley and Joe when I am ready to trade my current vehicle in. I was so happy with how Joe took care of me that I have recommended him to everyone that I know. We took our Mercury to Atchley and had some service done to the front end and we had them put 2 new front tires on it. One of our new tires exploded while parked in the garage. There was damage to the fron to the front end and we had them put 2 new front tires on it. One of our new tires exploded while parked in the garage. There was damage to the front spring and struts due to the car crashing down onto the garage floor cement after the tire exploded. The tire could have exploded while we were on the road causeing personal injury to multiple persons our selves included. The tire was 2 days old. More
