I purchased my 2010 F150, using the internet research, which allowed for great photos and explanation of features. This allowed me to search exactly what I wanted, narrow my search and compare the trucks which allowed for great photos and explanation of features. Once I determined the final 3, I e-mailed Atchely Ford and within an hour, I received a call from Wesley Modin. Although the day of my visit was Wes's day off, he followed up with me the night before on who to contact in his absence, Cory Kolm. The next day, Cory called to make sure that was able to make it to the dealership, directions etc, as I am from Sioux Falls, SD. My schedule is very tight, both Wes and Cory made sure things were lined up and ready, so that we could make the deal happen. I was able to test drive the truck, get an appraisal of my trade-in and basically cut the deal in under an hour. I scheduled a time the next week to take delivery of the truck, as I wanted some additional features. Upon my return the next week, the truck was ready, clean and sitting in front of the sales office. Cory met me there, we finalized some paper work, headed to Scott in the finance department, another smooth transition and a great rate! Everything on delivery day was less than an hour, so basically, in two trips to Omaha for work, I was able to cut the deal and take delivery in less than 2 hours, that is what I call, "Making it happen". I have only ever gone to one dealership to purchase all of my prior vehicles and I was a little nervous branching out. I never once felt pressure to buy a car, and was given all of the time and information I needed to make my decision. Then once I found the car I wanted, Judd went above and beyond to find the exact car that I wanted. Our new Edge Limited is the first car we purchased since our 1985 Monte Carlo, so we were intimidated by the InSync electronics because we are senior citizens not used to new auto technology. We were the unfortunate victims of an accident that resulted in our vehicle (sold to us by Judd Gulizia originally) being totalled. Dealing with the insurance & lender was trying, at best, and when it resulted in our vehicle (sold to us by Judd Gulizia originally) being totalled. Dealing with the insurance & lender was trying, at best, and when it came time to purchase the replacement, we were sure to utilize our options. Remembering our exceptional service with the first purchase, we were sure to add Atchley to our list. While we were pressed for time to get the replacement purchased, we had to make some adjustments to our vehicle selections, but Judd was there to help us out. He has always approached us like friends, never like clients, and we've never had a poor experience with him.
