We decided it was time for a new car so I checked online and found the one I wanted. We printed out the online coupon and then headed over to Atchley Ford. He was matter of fact & got the job done, just not as pleasant as the rest of the team I had encountered. My wife & I had bought a Ford Edge recently at Atchley, now the 2012 F150 Lariat. As long as Atchley can provide a great deal on our vehicles with fair trade, we are very comfortable in conducting return business. The Christmas cookies were great! But, with the large amount of miles, I figured they would understand my slightly lower offer. But, again, MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE was DEFINITELY a 4.9 out of 5.0. Chris made an accurate assessment of what it was going to take to sell me a new Ranger. Unlike two other salesmen at two other dealerships, he was willing to start the negotiations on my terms. I think I left $500 on the table, but that is OK because Chris moved at the speed I wanted in closing the deal.
