I will be quick to tell you that I extremely detest car dealers. I usually have an uncomfortable walk and a greasy palm when I leave there. I received more that I though with my trade in, the typical negotiations were simple, and I walked out with the truck I wanted with the price I had in mind. I am neither manufacture loyal, nor vehicle loyal. I am loyal to people though. If Chris or Mike has the next vehicle I want, I will defiantly be back to work with them first. From the inquiry about the car through the test drive and into negotiations, my wife and I were amazed by how well we were taken care of! I have normally preferred to shop at CarMax or "fixed price" dealers because I do not like the "typcial negotiation" when car buying. However, I was able to be honest with Chris and get the deal that I was the most comfortable with. Even after the sale, there was a few loosed ends that need to be tied up. Chris and Atchley were extremely patient and extremely helpful. I would definitely buy another pre-owned car from Chris and from Atchley. In fact, I have even begun to consider buying a new Ford for my next vehicle. More
