Now, discovering how friendly, knowledgeable and professional the staff at Atchley is, I wish I would’ve bought a car from them years ago. Working with both Chris Dworshak and Nick Williams, I never felt rushed, pushed or guided to a particular result. Chris and Nick answered all of the questions I had (often in great detail and even staying past office hours), walked me through the purchasing experience step-by-step and thoroughly explained the discounts, warranties and options that were available to me. From top to bottom, everything about this car buying experience has been extremely positive and long before I drove off the lot I knew I was getting a great deal on a great car. Going forward, I will gladly recommend Atchley to all my friends and family when they’re shopping for their next vehicle. More
Neither employee was pushy and they both understood where we needed to be price wise and tried their best to meet our needs. Nick was very helpful, very enthusiastic and was eager to ensure that our experience was satisfactory. I would recommend him to either friends or family without any reservations. We purchased our first vehicle from Atchley Ford (a 2009 Explorer) new and Judd was our saleman. We were very pleased with his knowledge and his professionalism, so much so that we went back to Atchley For Explorer) new and Judd was our saleman. From day one my experience with Atchley Ford was a great one. It was so nice to not have someone harassing me by e-mail, phone, text like other dealerships have done. When I got into contact with Cory Kolm one. It was so nice to not have someone harassing me by e-mail, phone, text like other dealerships have done. When I got into contact with Cory Kolm at Atchley Ford the entire process was as simple as possible. We were able to conduct all of our business through e-mail and I completed the financing application on their website. My past experiences with going into a dealership to do that entire process was stressful and misleading. Cory and the other employee's at Atchley Ford made sure that everything was covered in our loan from GAP insurance to sales tax to registration. They gave us every option to not add those things into our loan as well but it was nice that when we drove to Omaha, NE from Denison, Iowa everything was approved and ready to go. He made sure our payments were lower than my previous vehicle payments exactly how I asked even with all of the extra's added in. We did not need to sit and negotiate prices with them or worry about getting enough for our trade in. Cory made sure that this was all done in a timely manner and that we were compeletely satisfied. The only things that I found a little less satisfactory about my visit was just little things like the dealership not filling our new vehicle up with gas (I just became accustom to this when I have bought previous vehicles they usually give you a free full tank of gas.) Also just little things on the vehicle that we purchased that I feel are very was fixes or to clean up that weren't done. All and all though we absolutely love our new vehicle and had a very quick, painless and fullfilling experience. More
We have been in the market for several months and have searched every Ford dealership in town and some others as well. The combination of a prompt reply to our internet inquiry with the willingness to sh searched every Ford dealership in town and some others as well. Everyone up to and including the finance manager were easy to work with and very friendly. Our salesman seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicle including the SYNC system. Went in looking to trade my Mustang in for a 2001 SuperCrew F150. I was greeted by Mike promptly after exiting my vehicle despite it being windy with snow and about 25 degrees outside. I told him why I was there and what vehicle I was there to look at. He was laid back and during the test drive we had a nice conversation. Got into the office to run some numbers and unfortunately, due to the mileage (164000+) on the F150 the banks were not going to bite. Honestly, I was only there for that vehicle and was prepared to shake hands and part ways with Mike and Atchley Ford as I wasn't really in the market for another vehicle, I just saw a good deal and wanted to see if it might work. Instead though, Mike showed me to a 2007 SuperCab F150 with 42000 miles. I was impressed with the vehicle and he asked if he could get the numbers right with me, the bank would be more than willing to bite on the deal. 10-15 minutes later the numbers looked acceptable and the rest is history. I am very happy with the truck as well as the quick and painless service Mike provided. More
