When I went to Atchley Ford looking for a new car, Nick Williams was the sales person assigned to help me. Nick personally contacted me to keep me apprised as to the status of my new car and called me when it came into the dealership--happily, earlier than we had expected it to arrive. Nick and other Atchley employees explained the protective options (rust-proofing, etc.) that Atchley's service department could help provide for my new car. Their service department was able to schedule in the work to be done on my car within 48 hours. They did a terrific job. As I was waiting to talk to one of Atchley's personnel, I struck up a conversation with a lady who was waiting for the service department to finish servicing her car. She has been an Atfhley customer for over 20 years and could not say enough positive comments about the quality of service she has been receiving. When you hear the good comments made by loyal customers like her, you know Atchley must be doing something right. I would not hesitate to recommend Atchley Ford to anyone who might need their car serviced, or who is interested in purchasing a new or used car. More
