Nick greeted me as I got out of my car. He showed me both new and used cars and was very knowledgable on all three vehicles. After my purchase he made sure that my phone was sync'd to the car and went both new and used cars and was very knowledgable on all three vehicles. He worked very hard to make sure I was comfortable with the new car and knew how to operate it. This was especially good since I had never owned a hybrid (CMax) before. I had no idea how the battery charged and what to do to charge it. He was impressed when I got 100% on my first braking charge. I had gotten into an accident the week previous and went to several dealerships in Omaha. Everyone wanted way to much money for old cars with high miles.
