Nick greeted me as I got out of my car. He showed me both new and used cars and was very knowledgable on all three vehicles. After my purchase he made sure that my phone was sync'd to the car and went both new and used cars and was very knowledgable on all three vehicles. After my purchase he made sure that my phone was sync'd to the car and went over all the new gadgets that I hadn't had in my ten-year old car. He worked very hard to make sure I was comfortable with the new car and knew how to operate it. This was especially good since I had never owned a hybrid (CMax) before. I had no idea how the battery charged and what to do to charge it. He was impressed when I got 100% on my first braking charge. Our family has been going to Atchley for the last 20+ years and have always gotten good service both with vehicles and service. We will continue to do business with this dealership. More

I had gotten into an accident the week previous and went to several dealerships in Omaha. Everyone wanted way to much money for old cars with high miles. I came to Atchley Ford after reading some good rev to several dealerships in Omaha. Everyone wanted way to much money for old cars with high miles. I came to Atchley Ford after reading some good reviews on Google and was very surprised how nice everyone was and I didn't feel like Nick was forcing me to buy a car. My dad was surprised at how low of an interest rate we got and I was more than satisfied with that. I thought the warranty and everything was a great deal as well. I have already recommended a friend to Atchley where they are considering buying a car. I will always tell my friends to go here! More
I called Nick back in January and started talking to him about new Ford truck prices and he offered me an excellent price at that particular time. Unfortunatly, it did not work out to purchase a vehicle at about new Ford truck prices and he offered me an excellent price at that particular time. I stayed in touch with Nick and communicated with him about every month since then and finally ended up buying a vehicle from him last week. He delivered what we had talked about back in January. While making an appointment for maintenance on a current car via website, we noticed an ad for a 2013 Escape that would have been my perfect color and description... had I been looking. A few days later upon taking the current vehicle in for its maintenance, the 2013 Escape from that ad was setting on the front of the lot beckoning myself and husband to 'take a look inside'. Diane Buschelman suggested we take a test drive. Going inside the showroom to get the keys, Paul Adams greeted us with open arms...he had been involved as we had purchased two or three other Fords from Atchley over the years. Both Paul and Diane encouraged us to take the 2013 Escape home on trial for a couple of days. Within the next 24 hours, we had purchased the 2013 Escape! We geared ourselves up for a battle that never took place! Diane and Paul helped us make a pleasant deal with no fuss at all. We often tell friends how fantastic it is to do business with Atchley Ford........but, more often than not, we find that our friends, too, have been part of the Atchley Ford customer family. More

In my view the real test for a dealership is the service it provides. This can be particularly telling when the customer is only passing through. Case in point. My wife and I were traveling through the area towing my 5th wheel RV when the "water in fuel" trouble light appeared on the dash of my Ford diesel truck. I decided to call Atchley Ford first thing in the morning because of the outstanding reviews from this website. Service Advisor Todd Schmitz answered telling me to bring my truck in and they would take care of it this morning. I arrived around 8:30 AM and was on my way by 9:45 AM. The bill was only $110.00 to replace my fuel filter and clean out the fuel line. Remember, this is a diesel engine. Fantastic! In my world it is unheared of to be able to get into the service dept. at a dealership first thing on a Monday morning, get back out in little over 1 hour and the service bill is reasonable. Then there is the very courteous way I was treated by everyone. Physically this isn't the biggest dealership I have seen, but I think they are in the top 1% of the best for sevice I have experienced. I travel the U.S. quite a bit both for business and pleasure and am familiar (unfortunately at times) with Ford dealerships across the country. I do not give glowing reviews lightely. Why Ford? Not only do I own Fords, the company I work for purchases several hundred Ford trucks every year. I found them reliable and tough. Hey, reliable like Atchley Ford and tough on prices like Atchley Ford! By the way the friends we stayed with in this area also are now duely impressed with Atchely Ford. More
Over the past seven years, i have dealt with different dealerships ranging from east coast to here the Midwest. However, two days ago i was assisting somebody in my family to buy a car and Nick did a wond dealerships ranging from east coast to here the Midwest. When i called Atchery Ford dealership to ask about a 2012 silver Toyota Yaris; i talked with Nick who was not only professional but very friendly. He answered all my questions while giving me valuable details that i needed. We went in the afternoon to check the car, unfortunately somebody else had bought it. Nick on the other hand showed us all the others cars in their lot which we ended up buying another blue 2012 toyota yaris within our price range. The test drive with Nick was very enjoyable and he was very friendly to my three old son who also liked him. So, why i am writing all these? Besides all that i have said, our stay at the dealership was averagely shorter compared to all other dealerships that i have dealt with. In addition, during our conversation with Nick he gave us detailed information about cars, auto loans, and maintanance that are very important in every day life. I am looking forward buying another from him and already have reccommended some friends. More
I was dreading buying a new(to me)/used car at any dealership in Omaha as I am a single woman--I was dreading having to talk to men salesmen but was pleasantly surprised that you have a woman salesman dealership in Omaha as I am a single woman--I was dreading having to talk to men salesmen but was pleasantly surprised that you have a woman salesman, Dianne Buscheiman. I was wondering around the used car lot when I ran into Dianne and she asked me if I was a customer--I asked her if she was a salesman and when she replied "yes" I felt like I was in the right place. She was very low pressure, knowledgeable, and helpful during the entire process. I also talked to her boss but don't remember his name and the "money man" whose name also escapes me. Anyway, it was a good experience and I'm happy with my Ford Focus. I came to Atchley because I used to work for the nuns at Servants of Mary Motherhouse and they recommended the dealership. More
