Dealership did not take responsibility for the damage caused by their service centers, instead ordered a new vehicle and charged me $4000.00 above MSRP. and no low financing options available, unlike the caused by their service centers, instead ordered a new vehicle and charged me $4000.00 above MSRP. and no low financing options available, unlike the first expedition. No one set up any of the technology, no ford pass...nothing! The vehicle was dirty inside and out, some of the floor mats where missing, they would not even consider doing the under coating or any add ons, just want me to be on my way. They got the trade in, in show room condition and gave me nothing for all the extras I paid to have done to it, like ceramic coating, undercoating, sound shield, mud flaps, bug shield, and they took my mats from inside and did not give them back to me. They never followed through with their promises, the biggest being they would make things right with me for all the things I went through with the constant damage that was incurring every time it went in to get fixed. In the first three months of taking delivery, I bet I drove it maybe 30 days, oh, and did not get to enjoy the 3-month free trial for Sirius. How do you think my experience was? Note: The new expedition was given to me on empty!!! More

Since I was purchasing a previously owned import the staff was not knowledgeable about the car, its f Management and sales staff were friendly. I was somewhat disappointed with the my sales guy when he was unable to answer even basic questions about the car. The transaction took place on 11/11/23 and today is 12/4 and do not yet have a title or registration. More

With the new ordering window opening for Ford Mavericks, I stopped in to hopefully get things rolling. The sales manager said that they could start the order process, but were unsure of how much they will b I stopped in to hopefully get things rolling. The sales manager said that they could start the order process, but were unsure of how much they will be charging for the vehicles. I said, won't you be charging MSRP on vehicles ordered? And his response was something like, no... I can get around $10K over MSRP in today's market. Why anyone would pay over MSRP on a new vehicle is beyond me. I grew up in the car industry and have a good idea of the profit a dealer makes if they sell the car at MSRP. I don't know why they think it is ok to gouge customers who don't know any better. As for me? I will be taking my business elsewhere. If all of the area Ford dealers are treating the customers like Woodhouse is, then I will just wait for the new Dodge and Toyota small pickups to come out. More
