Nick was a great salesman, but we were misled with the warranty it was for 48 months or 75000 miles, which entails we only had 37500 miles left on warranty when we drove it off the lot. I went into the dealership on a lark, fully planning to leave without making a purchase. As a female, I expected to be treated as a "sucker" and was extremely pleased to find the opposite. I had a definite price point that I wanted to meet for the certified pre-owned 2013 Taurus I was looking at, and Dennis and Judd Gulizia worked together to get me to where I needed to be. When a small oversight changed that price point, Dennis did not hesitate to admit that they would be unable to get me into that car, but asked if I would be interested in any other cars they had to offer. His straightforward attitude and honesty was refreshing and unexpected to say the least!! I and my husband had actually conferred and agreed that we could actually meet the price point anyway, and I was thrilled to see how pleased Dennis was when I told him this. He is a very genuine person who is an asset to your dealership! When it came time to sign papers for the financing, we were amazed when Steve in finance was able to get us gap coverage and the extended warranty that we wanted for just a small amount more than the original agreement! I feel that these 3 individuals went above and beyond to earn a sale and that they truly were invested in making us happy and bringing us back again. We were referred to Atchley Ford from a sibling and when we were first greeted it was not the person who we had been told about. He gave us all the information we needed, made sure we got to see the Carfaxes, and test drive whatever we were interested in. He also showed us the garage and told us about their low prices. We narrowed it down to two vehicles and when it came time to decide, he respected our privacy and let my husband and I make our own decision. He worked hard to make the financing possible for us and we left very satisfied. His friendliness, outgoing and positive attitude, and hard work made this the best experience we have ever had looking for a car. We will definitely be back in the future! More

Although he had no prior idea that I was coming in, or what vehicle I was interested in, he knew exactly which car I was talking about, and was able to tell me everything about the vehicle that was valuable in terms of my decision.
