refuses to service my recall I have a recall on my car that was issued a month ago in which my car will shut down at high speeds (>65 mph) after driving a long distance. there is I have a recall on my car that was issued a month ago in which my car will shut down at high speeds (>65 mph) after driving a long distance. there is no warning of the car about to shut off. Apparently the hybrid battey gets overheated due to a faulty cooling valve. I have almost been clipped twice on the interstate because of my car shutting down while passing someone. I have told the problem to the staff and manager in which fits the exact issue on the recall. However, they claim that they cannot service my car and replace the defective part despite there is a recall for this exact issue. They claim they need diagnostic codes or some bs. I took my car to another dealership in another state and they called their bluff. they said they do not need codes to service the car warranty nor should they ever deny it based on the danger of it. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows you that they are not looking for the best interest of their customers. More

The alternator was replaced, they even washed my car and the whole experience ended up being absolutely wonderful thanks to Steve, the mechanics and the feel at ease experience that everything would be all right and they would do all possible to help me fix my problem. I would recommend them to anyone. More
