Hi Erik, I spoke with Jim Baier, the Service Director, today. He's the one that replied to you originally on December 1st. He tells me that your repair has already been completed and that you already have your vehicle back. He explained that Ford wouldn't send these backorder parts immediately unless your vehicle was displaying the codes that indicated it's immediate need. Your vehicle wasn't displaying any codes the first time you brought it in. Unfortunately, no dealer can get those parts right away without those codes displaying. I know you were told by another dealer that they could get the part, but then they kept telling you that the part hadn't come yet. That's because they never sent the codes over to Ford to justify the immediate shipment of the part after they ordered it. They just didn't understand the process like Jim does. When you came back to Atchley Ford the second time with those codes displaying, Jim got you the parts the next day for your repair. Please let me know if there is anything else we can do for you. We appreciate your business and strive for the best Customer Service in the industry!
