Thank You Sean PS, Sean came back from talking with his boss man with their offer. It was far to high and all I wanted was my keys so I could continue my search for my new pickup. While walking to the door Sean says this guy wants to talk with you. Dave "Major" Minor visited with me about prices, cost difference and options. After a couple minutes I was going to walk out, when Dave says, you have to sign this contract. I didn't know he had accepted my offer. So I would say Dave is an okay guy too. More

refuses to service my recall I have a recall on my car that was issued a month ago in which my car will shut down at high speeds (>65 mph) after driving a long distance. there is I have a recall on my car that was issued a month ago in which my car will shut down at high speeds (>65 mph) after driving a long distance. there is no warning of the car about to shut off. Apparently the hybrid battey gets overheated due to a faulty cooling valve. I have almost been clipped twice on the interstate because of my car shutting down while passing someone. I have told the problem to the staff and manager in which fits the exact issue on the recall. However, they claim that they cannot service my car and replace the defective part despite there is a recall for this exact issue. They claim they need diagnostic codes or some bs. I took my car to another dealership in another state and they called their bluff. they said they do not need codes to service the car warranty nor should they ever deny it based on the danger of it. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows you that they are not looking for the best interest of their customers. More
