I only was in for an oil change and I noticed a small leak. I phoned them as soon as possible and they came and got my truck, took it back in to check it out and found that it was nothing serious, fix t leak. I bought a Gold star rated 2018 Ford F-150 from Woodhouse, took it in for my 1st oil change and they told me my back brakes on the truck was bad and needs to be replaced at my expense. No, I am not Woodhouse, took it in for my 1st oil change and they told me my back brakes on the truck was bad and needs to be replaced at my expense. No, I am not happy with the dealership. Them brakes should have been replaced when it was Gold star inspected before I even drove it off the lot when I bought it in the 1st place. I told the salesman when I looked at it the rotors on the back were rough and needed to be looked at. If this is not corrected by woodhouse I will never buy another vehicle off of them again. More

Wood house Ford are the biggest scammers in the market!!!! I bought a truck for 15 grand and dealt with Snakey salesman named Bert at the Blair office in Nebraska. He is so bad !! I paid 15 grand for the truck and told him it needed a rear end and a turbo. He offers to “help me out “... and trade it in. I found a truck for 38 grand I was interested in then he tells me to bring my truck and 30 more grand to him to “help me out “ buyers beware never buy from wood house Ford their salesman are scammers and very bad at taking trade inns. All the trades they take are thrashed beat up junk !!! Bert in the used car department is a complete scam he want be there this week though he’s going on vacation with yours and my money !!!! If you’re thinking of purchasing a nice truck run as fast as you can from wood house they screwed me harder then I’ve ever been screwed before. Trust me this is your warning I’ve been in the car business for many years and they still screwed me imagine what they will do to the usual consumer !!! More
