When it arrived, they had paperwork ready to go, he gave me a tour of my new car, got me set-up on Ford pass and stepped through the other options I had. We have done business with Woodhouse Ford for over 30 years. We have held them in high regard during our business tenure with their dealership. For our last 4 transactions with Woodhouse, we have worked years. We have held them in high regard during our business tenure with their dealership. For our last 4 transactions with Woodhouse, we have worked with Andy Battern as our sales person. I cannot say enough good things about Andy. We will always work with Andy as long as he is employed at Woodhouse! The only negative encounter we have experienced was this year. I must say this is not the fault of Woodhouse, but lies with Ford Motor Company. Since there were few to none vehicles on the lot, we ordered a new Ford vehicle through Woodhouse. The problem for us is that Ford Motor Co. marks the sale date when the vehicle reaches the dealership. Because the both of us have jobs, we were not able to make the 280 mile round trip to pick up our new car in a timely manner. That problem coupled with the lack of timely clearance of a personal check, that we were not informed of, put us over the 30 day window of getting our car TTL. So now we are facing a late penalty, which is very frustrating! I realize this snafu can be mostly attributed to the Ford Motor Co. However, the bottom line is we are paying the late fee fine. As far as star review ratings, Andy Battern would receive 10 stars if there were that many stars available! Andy goes to the “Nth” degree to take care of his customers! So, would we do business with Woodhouse in the future? A definite YES, but we are not sure if we want to continue to support the Ford Motor Co. if they continue to implement this “date of sale” policy. More
