Worst post sale experience EVER Don’t ever buy a used Powerstroke from this rip off shop! Not even 5,000 miles on my truck and have already spent $2k in parts to have it die again. All I get told ‘is that’s what you get for buying a used truck.’ More
Parts I just bought 2 new vehicles in June 2018 along with extended warranty on both. Come Sept 2018 a trim piece came off my explorer. Called them of course they wanted to look at it. 1st I was told the piece is $146 but a $100 warranty deductible I would have to pay. Then once they looked at it they stated the weather stripping under that piece also needs replaced and neither is covered under warranty and it would cost me $400 to fix. I just spent over $80,000 in vehicles and they are not willing to replace those parts especially when the explorer was a certified vehicle. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHAT SO EVER. Their customer service is AWFUL. More
Purchased used Audi/never serviced before the sale I purchased a used AUDI from Woodhouse and not 4 minutes into my drive off the car lot (on the interstate) the oil indicator (Bar graph) came on and t I purchased a used AUDI from Woodhouse and not 4 minutes into my drive off the car lot (on the interstate) the oil indicator (Bar graph) came on and told me oil was critically low (Bar graph showed no oil in car) and needed immediate attention. I contacted the dealer they said it was a mistake to go ahead and keep driving the car that they just forgot to reset oil change service button. That evening I did some research on the AUDI system and found the indicator light and bar graph cannot be manipulated as they are the systems only indicator of volume of oil in the vehicle as there is no dipstick for this type of vehicle. So Imagine if a milk jug was empty and someone was trying to tell you it full (its impossible). This made me nervous so I added a quart of oil just to be safe and then checked the oil system bar graph again and it then indicated I had a minimal amount of oil on the bar graph. This was better as the graph read zero after pulling off the lot. I again called the dealer, explained my new found knowledge and let them know resetting the system would have no effect on the oil indicator bar graph. They assured me the oil was changed, sent me a service receipt, said the computer in car was bad and it was my fault for buying a used car. Trust for them completely out the window I decided to have the oil changed. Needless to say, the oil had not been changed, the car indicator graph was correct. The oil was black as tar, smelled bad and when the extracted oil was poured into a jug measuring the amount of oil which came out of the car it was less than half the volume of what was required in an oil change. Let me end by saying this, If they will lie about something as simple as a oil change what really do you think goes on behind these doors. SAD SAD SAD. To think I spent my hard earned money on a vehicle and they almost blew it up within minutes of driving off their lot, costing me thousands of dollars just to cover up their negligence of skimping on something as minor as an oil change on a new purchase. It's a sick practice i'm sure they are used to getting away with because most people never really know if the oil get changed or not. This minor detail speaks volumes about what really goes on here. And when I called them about it they said we never talked about it. Other the. That it was really good. They got me in the vehicle I wanted for a price I could afford. And have been very helpful in their follow ups. Just be sure you clairfy everything before you leave. More
