Ok but not what I was used to. My buying experience was okay but not excellent compared to where I have shopped for vehicles in the past. I have always been a chevy buyer from Dinsdale in Grand Island but had done a lot of research and decided on a 7.3 L Ford 250 to buy for pulling power for hauling cattle in the hills. I understand you just do business different but at Dinsdale after the sale the salesman was out in the lot going through all the features of the vehicle wirth you. That didn't happen for me after I spent over $55,000 at ur dealership. Plus I was a little disappointed at how much they allowed me for my trade ins. An example was my 1996 Dodge 2500 V10 that they allowed me $3500 for and then I see it on your website listed for $8500 and it is now off website like it is sold. I understand that nothing will come of this but just food for thought. Plus the finance guy messed up and I had to sign documents over my email as he could not find the ones I signed in his office that day. More

Ford Service Department on my F-150 I had an issue with my engine making a noise so I called the service department for me to come in and have them look at my 2018 F-150. Once I got ther I had an issue with my engine making a noise so I called the service department for me to come in and have them look at my 2018 F-150. Once I got there we popped the hood and Scott listened to the noise and new right away what the issue was. He told me that they could fix it but there was a some new way of fixing the issue coming from Ford in the next couple of weeks and that we should wait until then. The truck was not in any danger of being damaged if I kept driving it so I waited. I brought the truck back in and they gave me a loaner truck while they fixed it. The service department was fast on fixing my truck and I have had no issues since. More

not showing how anything work on the inside I’d like to know where wipers &how everything worked. What buttons are for what & to have my phone and gps put on the screen.
