Respectful. Polite. Casual. Would definitely recommend this place to buy a car and I have not had good experiences in the past with car salesmen. Was expecting lies,arrogance, and hard sales. Negligent and disrespectful I recently visited this dealer to purchase my first car. At first everything went smoothly, I found a car I really liked, and 3 days later I had purch I recently visited this dealer to purchase my first car. At first everything went smoothly, I found a car I really liked, and 3 days later I had purchased it. We had to wait for the inspection; which is totally understandable. A few hours later I get the call, I can come pick up my vehicle. I get my car and drive it home but the check engine light is on, so I figure no big deal, I bring it back to Woodhouse and they tell me they have to take it to the Dodge dealer in Blair, but they won't be able to look at it until the following week. Again no big deal as long as everything is getting fixed right? So next week comes around I get my brand new car back I'm excited, I drive it to work, I drive it home, not an issue. The next day I'm driving my way back home, and take a right turn and my front left tire falls off, I'm stuck in the middle of the road unable to move. I have the vehicle towed back to Woodhouse, who promise to fix everything. Another week goes by, and I get the call that my car is ready to go. I pick it up, I take it to go see a movie, and I drive it home. I go to my car the next morning and the antifreeze has dumped all over my driveway. So back to Woodhouse I go. I fill the car with antifreeze, and head out. The car starts to overheat so I stop on the side of the road (Woodhouse is literally less than 10 minutes from my house) and fill it up again. I get to Woodhouse, they once again promise to get it all fixed up. I go back home and a couple of hours later I get a call from them asking me if I removed the radiator hose clamp. I can assure you I definitely did not, so once again they have the audacity to attribute this to someone messing with my car while it was parked because just like the lug nuts there is absolutely no way Woodhouse would have done anything to cause this. I have made it clear I no longer want the car, I Do not think it's fair that I have to pay $10,000 for this vehicle that I have driven 3 times that was damaged due to their negligence. They refuse to let me out of my deal, and claim they don't know how much we'll lose if we trade it in, and we cannot trade it in until we title this car. At no point has the manager of the facility spoken to me face to face; instead I speak to a salesmen who repeatedly States "I cannot answer that question, I'll have to ask the boss." and then leaves the room to ask his boss. I have never been as disrespected by any company, or human being for that matter, as I have by the Woodhouse Ford in Plattsmouth, Nebraska, and by proxy the Woodhouse Auto family in general. I am ashamed that this is how they choose to treat their customer. I can say with 100% certainty that I would never in my life recommend the Woodhouse Dealership in Plattsmouth, or any member of the Woodhouse auto family for that matter, to any friend, family member, or even mortal enemy. No one deserves to be treated the completely negligent and disrespectful way I have been treated by this company. I highly recommend staying away from any and all Woodhouse dealerships, and will be doing as much as I possibly can to make sure as many people as possible see this message. Woodhouse Ford in Plattsmouth has done absolutely everything it possibly can to make sure that this experience has been as negative as possible. At no point have I received and apology from anyone at this establishment. I really cannot stress enough how absolutely atrocious the service I have received from them has been. More

Only place ill buy a car from now. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this woodhouse location in the past year. My sales person was Jeff D and he spent lots of time getting a list of vehi I have purchased 2 vehicles from this woodhouse location in the past year. My sales person was Jeff D and he spent lots of time getting a list of vehicles for me to look at on my most recent purchase. I never had all the extra fluff forced on me like other places. The actual purchase process took me about 10 minutes. When I call with a question they take the time and answer it. Now if we can get them to push Edwards auto grou out of business then I won't have to drive so far for my next vehicle. More

He is a non pressure, friendly, informative, helpful man. I came back because of him primarily. However my experience with Randy in the finance department was excellent both time as well. I felt well taken care of both times and would highly recommend this location to anyone. Randy and Jake accommodated my schedule and preferences. For example all price negotiations were done from the comfort of my home. Randy had all the finance papers ready for me so I didn't have to spend a great deal of time waiting for approvals while in the office. It truly is a painless process at this location and with these two guys. Chelsi was extremely nice to work with on the extras. She was efficient, fast and informative. More
Very big disappointment We chose to do business with Woodhouse because we heard they had a great reputation and service. The salesman we dealt with was great. No complaints. But as soon as we drove the truck we purchased off the lot, our experience started to change. There was one problem with the truck after another. Things we had discussed prior to signing the bill of sale. We were assured they were of no concern. We called them back immediately to see what they would do to make it right. They did agree to check it out and have some things fixed....which we were certainly grateful for! We didn't know if they would stand behind it since it was a used, as is, sale. As we further considered the issues the truck was having, we decided it would be best for us to exchange it for a different one as we would never feel it was a reliable vehicle. The sales manager didn't care for the idea, but was willing to allow it. We said we would continue to work with them if they would work with us. We were told we would get credit from our purchase towards another vehicle. We found several other trucks for our consideration, but none were at their location. He did not offer to bring them to us, so since we had to take the day off from work to handle the situation (we live 1 hr away), we decided to go to search ourselves. More driving! We found 2 that we were negotiating, but at another one of their locations. We informed the sales team of the situation and they contacted the sales manager at Plattsmouth to confirm. They were told something different than what he told me. I immediately called him to review our conversation earlier that day. Now here is where we really started to sour with the dealership....Obviously Mr Plattsmouth Manager did not appreciate that we went and found the replacement vehicle on our own. I assume the sale would be taken out of his branch and the other would get credit and he didn't like that as it was most DEFINITELY reflected in his attitude towards me. Our intention was not to take his sale elsewhere, but the trucks were not at his location....it was merely a case of geography! Due to his attitude, I have never been treated so poorly in my life, and unwillingness to do what was agreed, we walked away. Mind you they still had our money AND we still didn't have a truck! The next day we tried to give it one more go with Woodhouse, but they were not willing to meet us in the middle. Therefore we choose to sever our relationship with them. And one final disappointment with them.... they put the truck that we returned back on the lot, just a day later. There is NO WAY the issues were fixed in that amount of time. Because of that, I would never trust a vehicle that they have "inspected". I'm sorry to say, we could NEVER in good conscience recommend this dealership! More
