Work incomplete I dropped my vehicle off on Sunday night with a list of things to check. After a few conversations with the advisor I thought everything was set. However after I pulled my vehicle out of the back lot I noticed a tire has not been fixed. I was extremely upset. When I returned they did fix the tire, so I thought. The following day the same tire was low on air. This time I took it to another shop and they found two more leaks. Why wouldn’t wood house make sure their work is complete before they tell me it’s done? They also over inflated my tires by 5 pounds. They also did not run my vehicle through the car wash like the usually do. More

I was unhappy with the price difference ! We were quoted a price for front window regulator at another Woodhouse dealership on L st. By Jeff Kernen ( he even "repaired" it temporarily for us , We were quoted a price for front window regulator at another Woodhouse dealership on L st. By Jeff Kernen ( he even "repaired" it temporarily for us , since this was a Saturday) so it would be enclosed and safe! I thought that was so very nice of him! AND HE DIDN'T CHARGE! The price he quoted, & included with his card $353.01+ tax. The price at your dealership was OVER FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS $500.00 ACTUALLY IT WAS CLOSER TO $600.00. This automobile is a 2004 Buick LESABRE. SERIOUSLY, speaking for this automobile, it NEITHER wants nor needs the top of the line Buick parts. It is perfectly HAPPY with the less expensive (so am I by far) window regulator. A car of that vintage does understand a difference of ALMOST $300.00!!! That makes me wonder about other "PARTS & PRICING " I never had that feeling with Plaza Buick! More
