excellent service always. We had run over an extension ladder on the interstate in the night with no way to avoid it, due to cars all around us. Took it to the dealership, the shop drove the car. (Envision). They checked all of the parts that could have been damaged, and found a plastic shield torn loose. bad customer service and inconsistency After finding out my new lease of my 2018 GMC Acadia had an oil leak in the pan during my 1st oil change ever with it, they scheduled me to get it rep After finding out my new lease of my 2018 GMC Acadia had an oil leak in the pan during my 1st oil change ever with it, they scheduled me to get it repaired. They then called to rescheduled me....twice and then stated that they wouldn't actually have a courtesy vehicle available for me after all. After all said and done, they did get me a rental car which worked out but it was supposed to be done in 1 day and it wasn't so i had to leave my vehicle there overnight and wait until the following day to get it. It was very inconvenient, and they seemed very disorganized and inconsistent More

Found out that they forgot to do one item so I had to wait in the lounge for an hour, time that I could have been at my office working. But they got it done and I was on my way. Typically the service are has done a good job and I'll forgive them for this error this time. More
