oil change I had an appointment for oil change, which was good, I asked the man who checked me in to look at my front bumper he said it was a loose clamp and wou I had an appointment for oil change, which was good, I asked the man who checked me in to look at my front bumper he said it was a loose clamp and would have it snapped back in however when my car was ready this hadn't happened he told me I would need to come back for that, needless to say the place wasn't busy I am just thinking they didn't want to mess with that day, so I do work during the day which this means I will have to make another trip over there for this, needless to say I wasn't the happiest when I left, the only good thing is that was my last free oil change from buick so I can go somewhere else the next time. Did not Repair any problems Truck went in for multiple problems. Blamed all the issues on idle hrs. Did not listen to complaints at all. Excellent Service Last Tuesday my vehicle started "chugging" and not running well. I limped it to the dealership without an appointment. They were able to diagnose the problem, fix, the problem, and returned the vehicle withing 2.5 hours. All work was under warranty. I did not expect it fixed that fast. Awesome Job!!!! More
