Lug Nuts Not Tightened I had a new set of tired installed on Oct 2nd. I returned on Oct 3rd because my air conditioner was not working. The service advisor noticed that I w I had a new set of tired installed on Oct 2nd. I returned on Oct 3rd because my air conditioner was not working. The service advisor noticed that I was missing a lug nut. None of my lug nuts had been torqued down. A few of them were so loose that I could remove them with my hand. I could have had a serious accident and likely would have if my air conditioner (that I just had repaired 2 months prior) had not quit. I am quite upset about this experience. More

Woodhouse didn't see fit to find a car The transmission on our Buick which we purchased at the then Plaza Buick, died after 1 year and 1month approx. Woodhouse didn't see fit to find a car to lend us ! I am presently in a Rehabilitation facility due to several knee surgeries ( I am learning to walk all over again, (but I digress.) That Buick is the only car we own. It is also the only one I can fit into, since I have to wear an immobilizer brace so I am unable to bend my knee. Our 56th wedding Anniversary was on the 29th of Sept. Without a car my husband wouldn't even be able to visit me on our Anniversary! When I explained this to Certified transmission they lent us a car free. They also rushed to put a new transmission in our car , so we would have our car for our Anniversary! Woodhouse did NOTHING TO HELP IN THIS SITUATION!! TRISH CASEY More

The vehicle was delivered with the exact equipment I specified and saved me from having to order a new full-build 2019 vehicle. High marks to Dan. After delivering the vehicle a number of stock items and accessories ordered were NOT added as requested or were overlooked. One incorrect item had to be re-ordered and replaced after delivery of the vehicle. On two other successive instances, ordered accessory equipment either failed or were not properly installed on the vehicle. When identified to the dealer, repairs were conducted promptly when I returned to the dealership for remedial action. More

Staff is fantastic and also gets you in and out quickly. Entire staff is always friendly and they have a great waiting room with a TV and provide fresh homemade cookies, coffee and water for waiting.
