Go elsewhere if you need body work or aftermarket parts. Scratched my brand new tail gate removing the factory GMC badge to replace it with a blacked out version. Whatever tool/method they used left a bunch of scratches in the clear coat around and underneath the badge that they didn't even try to remedy before giving the truck back. Took the truck back twice and after them finally removing the badge, buffing and polishing, and replacing with another black badge the scratches all remained...and were a bit worse as they appeared to use the same method to remove the badge. They eventually ended up telling me they wouldn't be able to replace the badge without leaving marks as their tech didn't know any other way to remove it, even if they completely replaced the tail gate and replaced the factory badge. Makes me wonder how many times they've done this and the customer didn't pay close enough attention to notice the shoddy work. As they couldn't successfully replace the badge without leaving scratches they ordered me a front camera at no charge, and we'll see if my refund check comes in the mail, so I can't fault them for trying to remedy the situation, but i'm still not happy after waxing my truck and clearly seeing all those scratches. I would not use this service center for anything body wise on my vehicle. More

I scheduled an appointment at Woodhouse Buick GMC. Stephanie Garcia was my service writer. I don't think I was there more than an hour and a half from the time I checked in until it was done. They checked the charging system and replaced the battery with a new one. I am very satisfied with the Service at Woodhouse Buick GMC. Stephanie is always great to work with. The best part was it was all covered under warranty ! More
