Treat WOMEN like INTRUDERS .!! Not Friendly at All..! Ryan worked on my Car and when I got my Car back , the Window On Driver Side will not stay Up or Down, did not Replace my Charging Station, and now al Ryan worked on my Car and when I got my Car back , the Window On Driver Side will not stay Up or Down, did not Replace my Charging Station, and now all of my Doors unlock, instead of just the Drivers Side.. I regret taking my car to your Body Shop, I only did it because of John Piatt and Josh from WoodHouse on Harrison & Giles (Service)..!!! I am very Dissatisfied with the outcome of your Service and Ryan NEVER RETURN CALLS.! I My being such an Honest Person, I Paid Ryan the 500.00 deductible after my Car was given back to me with a Zero Balance Receipt. I walked around for a few minutes and NOT ONE PERSON SPOKE or ASK me did I need Help, this body shop is full of male chauvinist ..!!! More

Oil Change and Tire Rotation The only thing I can add is that I wish before they finished and covered the 100 inspections and saw that I will soon need back breaks is told me befo The only thing I can add is that I wish before they finished and covered the 100 inspections and saw that I will soon need back breaks is told me before finishing up to pay for the service as the back brakes were at 2 and will need to be replaced. I do not want to wait for the rotors to be impacted as I could have had the back brakes done that day. More
Such a Disappointment My GMC was stolen and wrecked. The thieves had my truck for a couple weeks in which they used the truck in numerous robberies, the last which ended in My GMC was stolen and wrecked. The thieves had my truck for a couple weeks in which they used the truck in numerous robberies, the last which ended in a chase which ended in a crash. I took my tuck to Woodhouse specifically because they are a GMC dealer and I figured would be the most equipped to not only fix but detect any problems the truck would have. My experience was nothing short of horrendous. I spoke with Casey Louck in the body shop and told him the situation letting him know I wanted everything looked at and why. Insurance was covering everything so I wanted everything done thourouly and the right way. Total they had my truck for 12+ weeks where we had nothing but issues. The first 7 weeks they had my truck they fixed the body work, front passenger damage to the fender. We needed our truck for holiday and was told it was perfectly fine to drive, they only had the paint and ‘extras’ to finish, tunnel cover, hitch, so we were allowed to pick up our vehicle and drive it 600+ miles while pulling a camper, going 70+ mph. On our way back our vehicle was having issues so we stopped and had it looked at. Our coolant was empty, our oil was low, our power steering was out, antenna was missing and we had a nail in our tire. It was pretty clear the body aspect was taken care of but the automotive had not been done. We drove 3 hours with little to no fluids after being told the truck had been cleared to drive. Awesome. We bring it back, they apologize and we hope it’s the end. Nope. The second time we pick up the truck, they have had it for 4+ weeks. We are again assured it has been completely checked out, cleared, and there are no mechanical issues. We get home and realize again our antenna was missing, previously they had put it in our back seat under our seats, this time they had not, so we call and they promise to send that out at once. 3 weeks later it arrived. Later that same week our truck is acting up again and we take it in to another shop. They put the truck up and immediately see the radiator is cracked, and power steering lines are damaged. Crack in radiator is causing fluids to leak out. Now I’ve been told a cracked radiator is a pretty common occurrence when a vehicle has been wrecked so why this wasn’t checked I don’t know. We now have been driving this car around for weeks with these issues doing Lord knows what damage. Woodhouse takes the truck again, for the last time, and fixed all these issues. No apology, no explanation as to how these things have repeatedly been missed and we have no way of knowing how much damage we have caused by driving around with little to no liquid and a cracked radiator. I had so much faith in this business and came to them when I was feeling vulnerable and wildly unknowledgeable. I was sure this was the best place to get the job done and was met with nothing but frustrations and let downs. I specifically told them the situation, specifically told them these people were not driving my truck with care and I had no idea what it had been through. I live 2 hours away with 2 children under two so having to reaptedly come back and forth to Omaha is stress enough. It was incredibly unsettling thinking they did half the job. Save yourself the time and stress, take your vehicle anywhere else. This whole situation happened from September to January. More

truck service I had to bring my kid' truck in for some warranty work, they got it in right away then called me later that day for an update. lined up a ride back to I had to bring my kid' truck in for some warranty work, they got it in right away then called me later that day for an update. lined up a ride back to hotel for me which was great. was able to pick up truck the next day along with a ride back to dealership. thanks for taking good care of me. Ryan Burke was wonderful to work with Woodhouse did a wonderful job. Our vehicle was broken into and somebody tried to steal it but were unsucessful.
