Good service and quick turnaround The service personnel were professional and friendly. The service was swift and accurate. It is everything I have come to expect from Woodhouse Buick GMC (or Plaza GMC, their predecessor). The only drawback I found was the price of the service. It has become more expensive compared to when I last had the service done. (Oil Change) More

Fixing Trim on the driver's door was not perfect and will need a second trip to correct. Comparing doors the front of the trim which had come loose was not nearly as flat as the opposite, very surprised since they do repair these car's. So we ran out of time to make correction for the moment since my son's in college and out of town. But he will be back later this month with more time to give the shop for a proper fix of that loose trim piece. We did bring it in on a Friday (after the 4th of July) and only had a day and a half to get things fixed (and a few popped up on his drive back into town which added to the list). So the tech's did the best to get most of the items fixed. More

Poor communication I dropped my car off at 10:30 AM. A servicemember called me around 2:30 PM to notify me of the service needed on my car. I called back 15 minutes later and left a message and no one returned my call for 48 hours, as the following day was a holiday. I was left without a car and was frustrated. I ended up calling back to inquire and the service member was surprised that he never received my message. I decided to not have any service done on my vehicle in to go elsewhere for repairs. More

Out town but received great service Our family is putting more than 7000 miles on our Yukon this summer and needed service mid-trip while in Omaha. Woodhouse GMC service made time for us and got everything finished in an afternoon. We were fixed up and back on the road for our summer travels without a hitch. Great service and I wasn’t shocked by an over the top bill with extra charges for the stranger from out of town. More

Thankful Customer Sean, the service advisor, was very conscious of our time and situation. We were in town from Northwest Arkansas for a youth baseball tournament and Sean, the service advisor, was very conscious of our time and situation.
